So all full speed ahead now. We go and do inspections on Friday, house inspection, termite inspection, roof, chimney and we follow the nice house inspector around so he can show us things like where to turn off gas and water etc in this house. We're so excited!

Being the geeks we are - himself has already started an excel spreadsheet of to dos.. and put the photos of before on flickr. We have a short list of must do's at moment but sure that will grow
